Kanawha-Charleston Board of Health Announces Public Comment Period
On December 13, 2019, the Kanawha-Charleston Board of Health opened a thirty-day public comment period on proposed regulation eliminating electronic smoking devices in workplaces and public places. The Board of Health will be accepting written comments until Wednesday, January 16, 2020.
